The property's accommodation consists of a kitchen, large living and dining room, 2 bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. On the first floor there are another 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. The property has full air conditioning in all rooms, electric shutters, wifi and satellite dish and burglar alarm. There is a garden with artificial grass and a good size pool with tile fences. On the rooftop a solarium with artificial grass has been installed. Located in a very quiet area a short distance from the famous Plaza de Villamartin with its many shops and restaurants, a rental car would be advisable to go to the supermarket or local restaurants, but ideal for a relaxing family vacation. A paradise for golfers is nearby with Villamartin Golf Resort, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, all within 3 kms, all for that enthusiastic golfer. Rental equipment is available at Los Dolses or at La Fuente Shopping Centers for those who don't want to have the stress of bringing their own clubs. The beaches are 3 km from the Zenia and Playa Flamenca, and less from the great shopping Zenia Boulevard.
